Based on the Aon GridChallenge used in NATS and FEAST ATC selection. Each round interleaves symmetry and maths distractors with a dot memory sequence — then you recall the dots in order.
Answer the distractor
Either a symmetry grid (is the 4×4 pattern symmetrical about its centre line?) or a maths equation (true or false?). Respond within 6 seconds.
Watch one dot flash
A single dot on the panel lights up briefly. Remember its position and order — you will need to recall all four later.
Repeat ×4, then recall
After four symmetry–flash cycles, click all four dots in the order they flashed. You have 12 seconds.
